Adjudicated Reform and Education Programs

We are currently in the process of setting up a program whereby we will educate young men and women who have been adjudicated and are facing incarceration on the contributions African-Americans have made to the development of our country. Our hope is that once young men and women, both African-American and non African-American know the importance African-Americans played in the founding of our country, they will see each other in a different light. Additionally, we are working with Departments of Corrections to set up pre-release and post release training. This training will provide much needed skills to the young men and women who are leaving an institution and prepare them for life after incarceration. We will train these young men and women so they will be able to obtain and sustain a job. We also look to hire many of these people to work for us as Account Executives. Our goal here is to provide a job, provide skills necessary to start their own business and to reduce the recidivism rate among young African-American men and women.
